About the Role
A highly regarded school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join its thriving secondary department on a long-term, permanent contract from September 2026. This full-time role offers the opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher to contribute to a stimulating learning environment and foster a love for mathematics among pupils, with salary paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback.
* Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all pupils can excel.
* Contribute actively to the development and implementation of the departmental curriculum.
* Participate in wider school activities, fostering a holistic educational experience.
* Uphold the school's high standards and contribute to its positive ethos.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in Mathematics.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development.
* Possess the ability to build strong rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
