About the Role
A dynamic school is actively seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join its vibrant primary team. Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with diverse Special Educational Needs across primary key stages.
• Assist diligently in the effective implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and pupil-specific learning strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers and the SENCo to meticulously monitor pupil progress and adapt support as required.
• Foster an inclusive and profoundly positive learning atmosphere where all pupils feel uniquely valued and encouraged.
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and communication development, promoting their holistic well-being throughout the school day.
• Prepare and adapt engaging learning resources to meet the varied needs of pupils, under the guidance of the class teacher.

About You
• Holds relevant qualifications or possesses demonstrable, significant experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
• Possesses a genuine, unwavering passion for inclusive education and nurturing young learners to reach their full potential.
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Demonstrates exceptional patience, profound empathy, and remarkable adaptability within a busy primary school environment.
• Possesses a sound understanding of primary curriculum content and effective strategies for differentiating learning experiences.
• Committed to continuous professional development and contributing positively to a cohesive and supportive team culture.
