Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive support to primary school children across various subjects and activities.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom dynamics effectively.
• Facilitate small group interventions and one-to-one support, including for pupils with special educational needs.
• Promote positive behaviour management strategies and encourage pupil independence.
• Prepare learning resources and help maintain an organised, stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff to assess pupil progress and adapt support as required.

About You
• Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or possess equivalent experience in a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
• Exhibit a nurturing and patient approach, understanding the diverse needs of primary school pupils.
