About the Role
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join respected schools across the Milton Keynes area, offering a variety of roles from long-term and short-term positions to daily supply and permanent contracts, with starts available as soon as possible. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ECT to embark on a fulfilling career in primary education, working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to inspire young learners. You will gain invaluable experience within supportive environments, nurturing the potential of every child and contributing to a thriving school community.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
* Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom learning environment.
* Assess pupil progress accurately and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the educational experience.
* Contribute actively to the wider school life and uphold the school's values and ethos.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are registered as an Early Career Teacher.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil welfare.
* Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a vibrant classroom.
* You are adaptable and proactive, eager to embrace different school settings and challenges.
* Show a clear understanding of the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* You are eligible to work in the UK and possess a clean enhanced DBS check.
