We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join respected schools across the Milton Keynes area, offering a variety of roles from long-term and short-term positions to daily supply and permanent contracts, with starts available as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
* Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom learning environment.
* Assess pupil progress accurately and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the educational experience.
* Contribute actively to the wider school life and uphold the school's values and ethos.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are registered as an Early Career Teacher.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil welfare.
* Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a vibrant classroom.
* You are adaptable and proactive, eager to embrace different school settings and challenges.
* Show a clear understanding of the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* You are eligible to work in the UK and possess a clean enhanced DBS check.
