About the Role
Are you a dedicated and inspiring Reception Class Teacher ready to embrace a new challenge and shape the foundational learning experiences of young children? Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an innovative and age-appropriate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum with creativity.
* Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and development.
* Accurately assess, record, and report on pupil progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil welfare and achievement.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and well-being for all children in your care.
* Actively contribute to the wider life and positive ethos of the school community.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within an EYFS setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Show a strong commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Bring an imaginative and resourceful approach to planning and delivering lessons.
* Inspire and motivate young learners, fostering their independence and confidence.
