Key Responsibilities
• Oversee classroom activities, ensuring students remain focused on pre-set tasks.
• Manage student behaviour effectively and consistently, adhering to school policies.
• Deliver pre-prepared work to students across a range of subject areas.
• Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment for all pupils.
• Respond to student queries and provide support as necessary, without teaching new content.
• Report any significant issues or concerns to appropriate senior staff members.

About You
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students and staff.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to classroom management and pupil engagement.
• Hold experience working with secondary-aged children, ideally within an educational setting.
• Exhibit strong organisational abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Be confident in supervising classes across different curriculum areas.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting young people's learning and development.
