About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join a progressive school located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, within the vibrant South East region. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape the foundational learning experiences of young pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). We are open to various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or a permanent position, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. You will be instrumental in creating an engaging and supportive environment where every child can thrive and develop their early skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver an inspiring EYFS curriculum that caters to diverse learning styles.
* Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment conducive to exploration and discovery.
* Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor pupil progress and inform future planning.
* Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children's development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the EYFS provision.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher with relevant experience in Reception classes.
* You have a genuine passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, staff, and families.
* You are committed to inclusive practise, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
* You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic educational setting.
