Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver innovative Science lessons across the secondary curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.

• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to curiosity and scientific inquiry.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance departmental resources and curricular initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and behaviour in line with school policies.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong specialism in any Science discipline.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to engage and inspire young people in scientific exploration.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour.
• Possess a strong understanding of the secondary Science curriculum and relevant assessment frameworks.
• Be dedicated to continuous professional development and reflective practice to refine your teaching.
