About the Role
We are excited to find an inspiring SEN Supply Teacher to join a exceptional school within a vibrant South London community. This immediate opportunity involves covering classes across an adapted curriculum in various specialist secondary SEN settings, offering the flexibility of daily and short-term assignments. You will be instrumental in providing consistent, high-quality learning experiences for students requiring additional support and specialised approaches.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to secondary-aged students with a range of special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching materials and strategies effectively to suit individual learning styles and diverse requirements.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all learners.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and fellow colleagues to ensure holistic student development.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their educational journey.
* Adhere strictly to all school policies and procedures, prioritising student welfare and safety at all times.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is an essential requirement for this position.
* You possess demonstrable experience working with secondary-aged students with special educational needs.
* An empathetic, patient, and highly adaptable approach to teaching is crucial.
* You exhibit the ability to integrate quickly into new environments and connect with diverse student groups.
* Strong and effective classroom management skills are a prerequisite for success.
