About the Role
A well-established school in South London is actively seeking an enthusiastic SEN Supply Teacher for daily and short-term cover. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide crucial support within specialist primary Special Educational Needs provisions. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment for pupils with diverse needs. This role offers the chance to work across various SEN provisions, significantly contributing to the educational journey of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to primary-aged pupils with diverse SEN.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate productively with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Provide consistent cover, ensuring continuity of learning during staff absences.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Demonstrated experience working with primary-aged pupils with various Special Educational Needs.
* Exhibit strong adaptability and resilience when integrating into new classroom settings.
* Possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Approach challenges with patience, empathy, and a proactive mindset.
* Show a genuine passion for fostering the development and well-being of every child.
