Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across the curriculum.
* Assess pupil progress accurately, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to cater for diverse learning needs.
* Contribute actively to the development and enhancement of the Maths department's curriculum.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters a love for learning.
* Participate in wider school life, including extracurricular activities and pastoral responsibilities.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in Mathematics.
* You demonstrate a profound passion for your subject and the ability to convey its excitement to pupils.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills and maintain high expectations for all learners.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
