Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Implement positive behaviour management techniques effectively.
* Assist pupils in developing robust emotional regulation strategies.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to support academic re-engagement.
