Key Responsibilities
• Supervise students within the classroom, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• Deliver pre-set work effectively across different subjects and year groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, promoting respect and good conduct.
• Respond to student queries and provide support to keep them focused on tasks.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your supervision.
• Report any significant issues or incidents to the appropriate staff members promptly.
