This pivotal role involves overseeing classes during short-term teacher absences, ensuring educational continuity and a positive learning environment across various secondary subjects. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students remain engaged with the learning tasks.
* Promote high standards of student conduct and adherence to school policies.
* Provide appropriate support and guidance to students to facilitate their independent learning.
* Liaise promptly with teaching staff regarding any issues or concerns arising during lessons.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and student welfare at all times.

* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse groups of young people.
