Key Responsibilities
* Support individual pupils and small groups across the primary curriculum.
* Assist the class teacher in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
* Implement tailored support strategies for pupils requiring additional assistance, including those with SEN.
* Prepare and organise learning resources and classroom displays effectively.
* Contribute to the observation and assessment of pupil progress and development.
