About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join a progressive school community where the early years are truly valued as the foundation of lifelong learning, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver an engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing constructive feedback to support their individual needs.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic child development.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and communicate effectively regarding their learning journey.
• Champion positive behaviour management strategies that promote respect and self-regulation.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong connections with all stakeholders.
• Demonstrate an ability to create an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and inspired.
• Be proactive in your approach to professional development and reflective practice.
• Thrive as part of a team, contributing positively to our vibrant school community.
