Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, catering to a diverse range of learners.
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and the wider school community to enhance learning experiences.
* Engage positively with parents and guardians, sharing insights into pupil achievement and wellbeing.
* Actively participate in school life, contributing to a vibrant and supportive educational community.
About You
* You are a recently qualified Early Career Teacher (ECT) or are currently completing your initial teacher training.
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create engaging learning experiences.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace new challenges within various school settings.
* You are a team player with strong communication skills, ready to collaborate with colleagues and parents.
