We are actively seeking a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to contribute to a thriving school and a network of other primary settings throughout Buckinghamshire. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential cover across various key stages, ensuring continuity of learning and pupil progress in diverse educational environments. You will experience the breadth of primary education, engaging with different curricula and school cultures on a long-term, short-term, or daily supply basis, with pathways to permanent positions available.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-planned lessons across various primary year groups, adapting to diverse curricula and pupil needs.
* Foster a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages pupil participation and progress.
* Uphold the highest standards of classroom management, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all learners.
* Collaborate constructively with existing school staff, including teaching assistants and other educators, to support pupil development.
* Undertake the full range of teaching duties, including marking work and providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
