About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to join a flourishing school community in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, starting as soon as possible. We are seeking a versatile Secondary Supply Teacher to cover a range of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils across various classes. The role offers flexible contract options, including daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements, and even permanent opportunities, with a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective pre-planned lessons to secondary pupils.
* Manage classroom dynamics and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure all pupils are supported and engaged in their learning journey.
* Uphold the school's high standards for behaviour and pupil welfare.
* Liaise with departmental staff to ensure smooth transitions and support.
* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and subject requirements.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess extensive experience as a Cover Supervisor within secondary schools.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to engage pupils and manage classroom environments effectively.
* Possess a flexible and adaptable approach, thriving in diverse educational settings.
* Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of building rapport with pupils and staff.
* Be committed to fostering a supportive and inspiring learning experience for all pupils.
* Show initiative and professionalism in all aspects of your teaching practise.
