Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, differentiated intervention sessions to small groups and individual pupils.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, adapting teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and support staff to integrate intervention goals.
* Maintain comprehensive records of pupil attendance, progress, and attainment.
* Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
* Contribute to the wider school community, promoting a culture of high expectations and achievement.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong pedagogical foundation.
* Possess proven experience in planning and delivering successful interventions across primary phases (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
* Exhibit an in-depth understanding of the primary national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting individual pupil development and overcoming learning barriers.
* Show flexibility and adaptability to various working arrangements, including long-term, short-term, or daily supply contracts.
