Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive support to the classroom teacher in delivering engaging EYFS curriculum activities.
• Assist with the planning and preparation of stimulating learning resources and play-based experiences.
• Observe and assess children's progress, feeding back effectively to the class teacher.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere where every child can thrive.
• Support children with their personal care and social development needs throughout the day.

• You possess demonstrable experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to children's holistic development is essential.
• You are an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

• A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education is highly desirable.
