About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, inspiring English lessons to secondary students.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and challenging learning environment for all abilities.
* Assess and monitor student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute actively to the development and success of the English department.
* Foster a culture of reading and intellectual curiosity amongst students.
* Engage with parents and carers to support student achievement and well-being.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You possess a genuine passion for English literature and language.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management and teaching practices.
* You have experience teaching English at secondary level (Early Career Teachers are warmly encouraged to apply).
* You are committed to continuous professional development and school improvement.
* You can inspire and motivate young people to achieve their full potential.
