Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Computing lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Develop and implement innovative schemes of work that captivate student interest.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the wider departmental vision for digital education and technological advancement.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels empowered.
* Prepare students for examinations and future academic or career pathways in computing.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in Computing or a related field.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for computing and a desire to share this with young people.
* Possess excellent subject knowledge across key stages within the secondary phase.
* Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Have the ability to inspire, motivate, and build strong rapport with students and colleagues.
