About the Role
A respected school is seeking a dedicated and passionate Chemistry Teacher to join its thriving Science department on a permanent, long-term contract starting in September 2026. This pivotal role involves delivering engaging and high-quality Chemistry lessons across various key stages, fostering a love for scientific inquiry and discovery among pupils. We are looking for an educator who can inspire young minds and contribute positively to our vibrant learning community.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver outstanding Chemistry lessons that challenge and inspire pupils.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of a dynamic and innovative Science curriculum.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Engage proactively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and well-being.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a specialism in Chemistry.
* Demonstrate a deep passion for Science and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
* Be a collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a supportive departmental culture.
* Show a genuine commitment to the holistic development and academic success of every pupil.
* Exhibit strong communication skills, engaging effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
