About the Role
A respected school in the South East is seeking a dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join its vibrant Science department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire secondary school pupils with the wonders of chemistry on a long-term, permanent contract. We are looking for an individual who can commence in September or potentially sooner, contributing to our strong academic environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging and effective Chemistry lessons across key stages.
* Fostering a stimulating learning environment that encourages scientific inquiry.
* Developing and assessing pupil progress rigorously and constructively.
* Contributing to the ongoing development of the Chemistry curriculum.
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues within the Science department.
* Participating in extracurricular activities that enrich the school community.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Chemistry or Science degree.
* Demonstrate a strong passion for Chemistry and its effective teaching.
* Possess excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Be committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Show enthusiasm for continuous professional development.
* Welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced educators (MPS/UPS).
