Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their potential.
• Assess pupil progress systematically, providing constructive feedback to support individual development and inform future teaching.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure a cohesive approach to pupil well-being and academic success.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and attendance, adhering to school policies and procedures.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and is an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking their first or next placement.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
• Possesses excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inspiring learning atmosphere.
• Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Is proactive, adaptable, and open to continuous professional growth and reflective practice.
• Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
