Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive classroom support to teachers and pupils across a range of primary year groups.
• Assist with the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of engaging learning resources and classroom displays.
• Offer targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, addressing diverse learning needs and fostering engagement.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
• Contribute to the ongoing assessment and accurate tracking of pupil progress under the guidance of class teachers.
• Supervise pupils effectively during non-lesson times, including break periods, ensuring their safety and well-being.
