We are looking for an individual who can commit to either a long-term, daily supply, or permanent engagement, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored 1:1 support to a secondary pupil with complex special educational needs.
* Implement and monitor Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) objectives effectively.
* Facilitate the pupil's engagement with and access to the full secondary curriculum.
* Champion the pupil's personal growth, promoting their independence in daily tasks.
* Guide the development of crucial life skills to prepare the pupil for future success.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure holistic support.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting pupils with complex special educational needs.
* You are skilled in working with secondary-aged pupils, understanding their unique developmental stages.
* A strong understanding of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and their implementation is essential.
