About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to join a dynamic school community, with a range of opportunities available for various contract types including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, starting as soon as possible. This pivotal role involves delivering engaging primary education across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, providing a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your teaching career and make a significant impact on young learners. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, inspiring lessons tailored for primary pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to aid development.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and can thrive.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the overall teaching and learning experience.
* Actively participate in professional development opportunities, continuously refining your pedagogical practice and embracing new challenges.
* Uphold the highest standards of pupil well-being and safeguarding, ensuring a secure and supportive educational setting.

About You
* Hold Early Career Teacher (ECT) status with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained in the UK.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and an unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, maintaining a positive and effective learning atmosphere.
* Exhibit adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to diverse teaching scenarios and pupil needs.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional growth, eagerly engaging in reflective practice and personal development.
* Have strong communication skills, fostering effective and positive relationships with pupils, parents, and all school staff.
