Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups across the primary phase.
* Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans for children with Special Educational Needs.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages pupil engagement.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers to deliver effective and inspiring lessons.
* Prepare engaging learning resources and maintain an organised classroom environment.
* Supervise pupils during lessons, breaks, and extra-curricular activities as required.
About You
* Possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Demonstrate prior experience supporting pupils within a primary school setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for fostering children's academic and personal growth.
* Show a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and effective support strategies.
* Communicate clearly and empathetically with pupils, staff, and parents.
