About the Role
An exceptional school in the South East is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join its vibrant primary team. This exciting opportunity involves leading a stimulating classroom environment, fostering a love for learning, and nurturing pupil development across all areas of the Key Stage 2 curriculum. We are looking for a professional who can inspire young minds and contribute positively to our inclusive community, with various contract options available including long-term, permanent, or short-term roles starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that meet the needs of all Key Stage 2 pupils.
* Accurately assess, monitor, and report on pupil attainment and progress.
* Cultivate a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance curriculum delivery.
* Engage constructively with parents and carers regarding pupil development and wellbeing.
* Contribute enthusiastically to the broader life and ethos of our school community.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within a primary setting.
* A genuine passion for Key Stage 2 education and developing young learners is evident in your practice.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
* A strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for all children defines your approach.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and eager to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
* Applications are warmly invited from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced professionals at Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) levels.
