Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Deliver pre-prepared work to students, facilitating their engagement with the lesson material.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils during lesson time.
• Provide support and guidance to students, encouraging independent learning.
• Liaise with teaching staff regarding pupil progress and any arising issues.
• Uphold the school's high standards and expectations for student conduct and achievement.
