Key Responsibilities
* Actively support children's learning and development through engaging play-based activities.
* Foster a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all nursery-aged children.
* Contribute to the observation and recording of children's progress, identifying milestones and areas for development.
* Work collaboratively with the nursery team to plan and implement creative educational experiences.
* Promote positive behaviour and social interactions, guiding children in their understanding of respect and cooperation.
* Assist with personal care routines, ensuring the well-being and comfort of every child.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting young learners.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with children, colleagues, and parents.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute positively to a dynamic team.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and enhancing your pedagogical practice.
* You have prior experience working within an early years setting, ideally as a Nursery Assistant or similar role.
* You hold relevant qualifications in early years education (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Practice) or are working towards them.
