Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate and promote effective social communication skills among students.
* Expertly manage and respond to students' diverse sensory needs.
* Provide targeted support to ensure curriculum access across various subjects.
* Assist with the implementation of individualised learning plans (ILPs).
* Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers and other professionals to ensure holistic student support.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and a resilient approach to challenges.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with students and staff.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to varying student needs.
* Hold a genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal development of young people with SEN.
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
