Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and wider school stakeholders.
* Uphold the school's vision, values, and behaviour policies consistently.
* Actively participate in professional development and school community events.
About You
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will have achieved it by the start date.
* Possesses a genuine passion for primary education and child development.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exhibits a proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching.
* Committed to continuous professional growth and reflective practice.
* Eligible to work in the UK and possesses the right to work documentation.
