Key Responsibilities

• Actively manage classroom behaviour, upholding school policies and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
• Respond proactively to student questions and provide appropriate guidance.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your supervision.
• Facilitate a productive learning environment, encouraging student participation and focus.
• Provide clear and concise feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and any incidents during lessons.
About You
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with students.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management abilities, maintaining a respectful and orderly environment.
