This rewarding opportunity involves providing essential support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), both on a one-to-one basis and within small group interventions. You will play a crucial role in assisting children with complex learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, fostering their development and engagement. Flexible contract options are available, ranging from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term and permanent roles, with a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one support for pupils requiring additional assistance.
* Facilitate small group interventions to address specific learning objectives.
* Implement strategies to support children with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and therapists to adapt learning materials.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and review processes.

* You possess demonstrable experience supporting children with special educational needs, particularly in a primary setting.
* A compassionate and patient approach is central to your interaction with pupils.
