Key Responsibilities
* Supervise students effectively in the classroom, ensuring their engagement with pre-set work.
* Manage classroom behaviour consistently and in line with school policies and procedures.
* Provide clear instructions and support to students, promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
* Establish positive relationships with pupils, fostering respect and cooperation.
* Communicate any significant issues or concerns regarding student behaviour or welfare to the appropriate staff members.
