About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join a thriving school in Bedfordshire, serving pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This vital role focuses on providing targeted support to enhance learning outcomes for children requiring additional assistance. The position offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent arrangements, with an immediate start available. A competitive daily rate of £150 - £180 is offered to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver bespoke intervention sessions to individuals and small groups.
* Implement engaging strategies to address specific learning gaps in literacy and numeracy.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress meticulously, adapting approaches as necessary.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to ensure cohesive learning experiences.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued.
* Maintain accurate records of interventions and pupil achievements.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a relevant degree.
* You demonstrate proven experience in delivering primary interventions across various year groups.
* You exhibit a deep understanding of child development and diverse learning needs.
* You are skilled at differentiating instruction to meet individual pupil requirements.
* You communicate clearly and empathetically with children, colleagues, and parents.
* You are passionate about fostering a love for learning and celebrating every success.
