Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils exhibiting Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a calm and productive atmosphere.
* Assist pupils in developing essential emotional regulation skills and coping mechanisms.
* Facilitate the successful reintegration of students into the broader learning environment.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive pupil support.
* Contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive educational setting for all learners.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH needs.
* Demonstrate experience working within an SEN or specialist educational setting.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils and colleagues.
