Key Responsibilities
* Teach across a modified secondary curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.
* Implement effective strategies for managing complex behaviours within the classroom.
* Develop engaging and personalised learning experiences for pupils with SEMH.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes pupil well-being and progress.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff to deliver holistic SEN support.
* Monitor and assess pupil development, adapting approaches to ensure continuous re-engagement.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Possess demonstrable experience working with pupils presenting SEMH needs.
* Exhibit a strong understanding of strategies for positive behaviour management.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable learners.
