Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons within a specialist SEMH secondary provision.
* Implement effective strategies to re-engage learners who have become disaffected.
* Proactively manage and de-escalate complex behavioural challenges.
* Adapt and deliver a modified curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.
* Provide robust SEN support to foster academic and personal growth.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant qualification.
* Possess demonstrable experience working within a specialist SEMH setting.
* Exhibit exceptional skills in managing and understanding complex behaviours.
* Show a genuine passion for re-engaging and motivating learners.
* Demonstrate the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual requirements.
* Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
