About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, engaging Physics lessons across key stages, fostering a deep understanding and enthusiasm for the subject.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the Science curriculum and departmental initiatives.
• Maintain a stimulating and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Participate actively in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich student experience.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physics, or a related scientific discipline with a Physics specialism, ideally including Chemistry.
• Possess a genuine passion for Physics and a strong desire to inspire young minds.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Be proficient in adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to school life.
