Key Responsibilities
* Deliver planned lessons effectively to secondary students across a range of subjects.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the classroom.
* Implement school behaviour policies consistently and fairly to ensure student engagement.
* Ensure all pupils are focused on learning objectives and remain on task.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support the smooth running of daily school operations.
* Adapt teaching approaches to cater for diverse learning styles and needs.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or demonstrable experience as an effective Cover Supervisor.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a calm, authoritative presence.
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, building rapport quickly.
* Demonstrate a genuine commitment to the academic and personal development of young people.
* Display adaptability and resilience when working in varied school environments.
