About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a inclusive school in the Aylesbury area. This rewarding role offers the chance to provide essential support to primary-aged children, fostering their learning and development in a dynamic classroom environment. You will play a crucial part in creating positive educational experiences for pupils, with opportunities available for long-term, short-term, daily supply, and even permanent contracts, commencing as soon as possible. The daily rate for this impactful position ranges from £95 to £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted support to individual pupils and small groups across various subjects.
* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
* Facilitate an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere for all children.
* Adapt learning materials to meet diverse pupil needs and encourage participation.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and contributing to assessment discussions.
* Support children with special educational needs, ensuring their inclusion and academic growth.
