About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join a thriving school in Hemel Hempstead. This vital role involves supporting the learning and development of early years children in a nurturing environment. You will contribute to creating an engaging and safe space where young minds can flourish. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110, starting as soon as possible. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a significant difference to children's foundational years.

Key Responsibilities
* Support children's play-based learning activities, both indoors and outdoors.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils at all times.
* Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and personal care.
* Help create a stimulating and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with nursery staff and other colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
* Observe and report on children's progress and developmental milestones to the lead teacher.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* You have previous experience working with young children in a nursery or primary setting.
* An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is highly desirable.
* You are a patient, nurturing, and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills.
* You demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
