About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to join a dynamic school community for a permanent, long-term position starting in September 2026. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented educator to deliver an inspiring Science curriculum with a strong Physics specialism across the secondary phase. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a love for scientific discovery and preparing pupils for future academic and professional success.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons to pupils across key stages, including A-level.
* Inspire a passion for scientific inquiry and exploration within the classroom.
* Monitor pupil progress effectively, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Develop innovative and differentiated learning resources to meet diverse needs.
* Contribute positively to the continuous development of the Science department.
* Participate in school-wide initiatives and extracurricular science activities.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Physics or Science degree.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Physics and inspiring young learners.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management and communication abilities.
* You are dedicated to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
* You are committed to ongoing professional development and sharing best practice.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced teachers at Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
