Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities effectively to students.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
• Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their work.
• Uphold the school's behavioural policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Provide support and encouragement to students in their learning journey.
• Liaise with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions between lessons.
About You
• Possess strong behaviour management skills and a confident classroom presence.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be adaptable and resilient, able to respond effectively to varying situations.
• Have a genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their development.
• Be committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
• Prior experience in a school setting or working with young people is highly desirable.
