About the Role

This opportunity offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available and a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110. You will play a crucial part in shaping positive learning outcomes and contributing to the holistic development of every child.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide invaluable in-classroom support, assisting with lesson delivery and pupil engagement.
* Work closely with individual pupils or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Support the classroom teacher in managing pupil behaviour and maintaining an orderly learning environment.
* Assist in the preparation of learning materials and setting up classroom activities.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress, offering constructive feedback.
* Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere where all pupils feel valued and challenged.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education and supporting young learners.
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly within a primary school setting, is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate a clear understanding of child development and effective support strategies.
* Excellent communication skills allow you to connect effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Your adaptable and proactive approach enables you to thrive in diverse classroom environments.
