This pivotal long-term role, offering a competitive daily rate of £85-£110, commences immediately and carries the genuine potential for permanent placement. You will be instrumental in implementing an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), ensuring the pupil successfully accesses the curriculum, while fostering their independence and developing essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement bespoke EHCP targets to support the pupil's holistic development and learning journey.
* Provide consistent and unwavering 1:1 support, adapting strategies to meet evolving needs in diverse learning environments.
* Facilitate the pupil's engagement with the secondary curriculum, overcoming barriers to understanding and participation.
* Champion the development of critical independence and life skills, preparing the pupil for future challenges.
* Monitor and accurately record progress, contributing valuable insights to reviews and future planning.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to create a cohesive support network.

* You possess proven experience supporting secondary-aged pupils with complex Special Educational Needs.
